Shipping Information

  1. Every piece of furniture is made to order.   We make every effort to ship your order within 3-4 weeks after your order is placed.
  2. Please be sure your contact information is correct.
  3. Poochie of Beverly Hills typically uses UPS, but can use FedEx, USPS and other shipping methods if you prefer.
  4. Poochie of Beverly Hills is not responsible for incorrect addresses given, refused shipments or unclaimed shipments.
  5. Also, if you are an International customer, please be aware that additional shipping costs will apply, you can email us for a shipping quote.   All international orders will be shipped with insurance and tracking.  International customers must pay applicable sales tax, duty and Customs charges and Poochie of Beverly Hills will not be responsible for any of those fees. Your local government determines duty and Customs charges, which varies by country.  Duties, taxes and/or Customs fees will be an additional amount that will be collected upon delivery of your order.   Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with the exact amount you will be charged. Contact your local government for specific details.

Damaged Items and Lost Packages

  • If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt.   We will send a call tag to pick up the item from you. 
  • If the box appears damaged upon receipt, do not sign for it and it will be returned to us. We will send an exchange or credit you for the item. 
  • Due to abuse, you must contact us within 45 days of order placement, if your item has not arrived. We will not be held responsible for notifications after that time.


Q.  Will my dog actually use it?
A.  Yes, dogs love having a place of their own to rest.  They also love being up off the ground.

Q.  What is the quality?
A.  Our beds are made by a furniture manufacturer and are built to last.  If cared for properly the bed will last for years.

Q.  Will it break if my kids jump on it?
A.  Our beds are very durable and as long as it is not teenagers jumping on the beds they should be fine.

Q.  How do I clean the bed?
A.  Most covers are removable and machine wash/air dry.  For the styles without a removable cushion they are spot clean only.

Q.  How long will it take to get my order?
A.  Orders ship within 3-4 weeks

Q.  Will hair stick to the fabric ?
A.  For the most part no, on the styles that might hold onto the fur you can use a lint roller.

Q.  Are your beds suitable for cats?
A.  Yes, all of our beds are for cats too, they love them!

Q.  What are the beds filled with?
A.  All of our cushions are filled with a polyfiber fill.

Q.  How will the bed be shipped to me?
A.  We ship through UPS.  Other Shipping Methods can be used on request.
